How long can I freeze my order?

Planned Performance Club members may freeze for 30 days (skipping one full billing cycle) or cancel at any time of the month up, provided you give us 72 business hours notification before your shipment date. Simply contact our Customer Maintenance Department @ 1-877-673-3727 ext 210, Monday - Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Eastern Standard Time to make any changes to your account.
Please remember any changes to your account must be made 48 hours in advance to your shipment date.  Please make all changes via the "Account Maintenance" link on this site.  You must be logged in to do so.

How soon do my products ship? When can I expect delivery?

Orders placed through BSN will be shipped the following business day and you can expect them to be delivered within 3- 6 business days depending on the location your BSN products are being shipped to.

Is my Planned Performance Club preferred pricing level subject to change?

No way! One of the benefits of being a Planned Performance Club member is that once you are signed up, you lock in the Planned Performance Club preferred price level discount. Your assigned price level is permanent.

What if I don't like the taste of my particular product when I try it? Can I return or exchange it?

When calling to speak with one of our knowledgeable Planned Performance Club coaches, you are speaking to a representative in Boca Raton, Florida. Our distribution center is located in Mount Juliet, Tennessee, where all BSN products are shipped out of.
