As a life-long athlete, I've always had the drive to reach goals, and as I've been getting older I struggled defining muscle and losing excess fat in my mid-section.

I used both LEAN DESSERT PROTEIN™ and ATRO-PHEX®.

LEAN DESSERT PROTEIN™ was filling and I was getting the protein I needed to repair muscle after weight-training. LDP™ is by far the best protein I've ever had! I looked forward to my shakes twice a day.

ATRO-PHEX® is good for mood, extra energy, suppressing your appetite, and fat burning. ATRO-PHEX® has definitely made a difference in my training results and I recommend it to anyone. ATRO-PHEX® is an all-around "total package" in my opinion. I will NOT try another supplement as I am now a loyal ATRO-PHEX® girl.

On November 8th, I competed in the Elite Muscle Classic in Greensboro, NC and placed 1st overall in the Fitness Competition, crossed over, and won 1st Place Open Figure Class B, qualifying for the NPC Nationals in Atlanta, GA. I owe much of my success to the quality of BSN®'s product line.
