People ask me why I love to lift so much. It's a simple answer: weightlifting is a lifestyle for me, not just some hobby or something to pass time. I'm an avid weightlifter who prioritizes my days around the gym.
I start my day by waking up and taking 3 NITRIX® with my TRUE-MASS® shake. About an hour after that I make a giant breakfast so I can get the proper calorie intake I need to gain mass. After my stomach has had time to digest, I take 3 more NITRIX® with N.O.-XPLODE™ 30 min before I hit the gym. I usually sneak in a small snack like an apple or yogurt after taking my sups. Then I go off and do my afternoon activity, but I make sure I get my protein in so I pack a shaker with 3 sandwich baggies with a scoop of SYNTHA-6™ in each. When returning home I take my last 3 NITRIX® for the day and one last TRUE-MASS® shake.
It took a while for me to figure out the right formula, but after using BSN® products for 5 yrs. I went from my freshman year of high school weighing around 95 lbs soaking wet and getting made fun of daily to my sophomore year in college where I currently weigh 170 lbs. That doesn't seem that big reading it, but people assume I weigh around 185 to 190 and that's a big accomplishment for me.
